Meanwhile, Dora of Lantern's Edge, a witch with secrets deeper than the gods' own plans, leads her own team on a dangerous quest to find a soul vessel buried amongst the Enclaves, a cursed path most do not return from. Amongst her company-Cee-Cee. Once Makayla's best friend, Cee-Cee is now in possession of the Crone's soul-her chest destined to find the tip of Avalon's blade.
