Greed can control a mind like no other, especially those with the power to do as they please. Charlie Utinew was one of hundreds of children locked away into a dark and forsaken lab. Kids taken away or given to a cruel government by their own parents.

Forced into experiments, painful torture, nothing the outside world would have ever known...until an evil agency realizes some things don't always go as planned. An experimented monster arises from the prison, massacring everyone in sight as it stains the entire lab red.

Charlie, and a few others, had been led to a safe room by another child. A place where people can live for years without ever having to go outside, but none of them ever expected to be trapped inside when the door locked behind them. Time is a fast force, and eventually, one has found a way out. They have a chance, but a shadow still remains as it lurks in the towering lab. As the blessed few to survive, Charlie and her friends must protect each other in their fight for freedom.
