Her parents, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJuan Jose Pagan Rodriguez, and Digna Morales Figueroa, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003enow deceased, always helped her with her projects as a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewriter and teaching career.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNorma had three siblings, Adelin Milagros Pagan Morales, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJuan Jose Pagan Morales, and Julio Manuel Pagan Morales.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJulio Manuel Pagan Morales died on September 19, 1998, \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand my dear sister Adelin Milagros Pagan Morales died\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eon February 17, 2023.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNorma did all her academic studies in New York City, Puerto Rico, and Canada.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eShe worked in the City of New York Police Department. As an Educator, she worked\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ein New York City Bd.
